    Georgie - Sonic Meditation

This involves chanting a set of ‘seed’ sounds to correspond with our seven main chakras, up to 12 times each; expanding our diaphragms and exploring our 5 litre lung capacity.

We'll discuss more about the role of our chakras and notice if our chanting differs from one chakra to another and what this reveals.

Extraordinarily fun… If you get tired, you can lie down and enjoy it as a sonic massage! No pressure.
