This week we head back to Channel 4 to interview the ’12 years a slave’ Director Steve McQueen! Having watched the trailers it looks fantastic and yes we are documeting the launch night for Channel 4!
We head to a top London hotel and speak directly with Steve and film the exclusive Q and A. Video footage coming soon.
For the Q and A we will be using the Sony EX3 for our close ups and the Sony PMW200 for the two man shots and audience shots. Using two Sony cameras of similar wquality will allow us to match colour perfectly.
Due to the size of the PMW 200 screen we thought it best to leave the real detail to the EX3. This shoot will also be supported by an on board camera light for the close up interview and two dedo lights in case the in house or hotel production team decide to go for minimum lighting ! In our experience its always good to carry a few lights as what the live audience and what the online viewers want to see might be very different.
