We are very fortunate to be working on a series of events with the well known author and journalist George Monbiot. As well as creating and promoting the events we are also filming them with three cameras and offering this engaging content to people for free through youtube.
This is an educational and interactive talk where the environmental writer and activist spells out the importance of challenging many of the stereotypes that influence our lives.
This event is hosted by Peter Macfadyen, Founder of Flatpack Democracy. Peter and George and joined by Wendy Stephens, CEO for Converging World and Suzi Martineau, founder of The Tree Conference.
Areas of discussion include creating your own town council, rewilding, the growing toxic celebrity culture, creating community, consumerism and carbon off-setting.
